Refund policy
– Return of Items in Good Condition –
We do not accept returns of items in good condition. Our return policy applies only to products with manufacturing defects. If your item is damaged during shipping, please refer to our shipping policy.
Please note: We do not accept returns of tea in any condition, as it is considered a “food product.”
– Minor Manufacturing Defects –
If you discover minor manufacturing defects in your purchased item (such as glaze imperfections, printing errors on packaging, etc.), we may, at our discretion, issue store credit as compensation.
If the product has significant manufacturing defects (e.g., chips, cracks, opened tea packaging), we will replace it at our expense. We may request that you mail the defective product back to us, but the return shipping cost will be covered by liubaocha.shop.
To initiate this process, please send an email to our team at teafriendsupport@liubaocha.shop, including clear images showing the issue.
– Refund or Return Conditions –
A full refund will cover any amounts charged by liubaocha.shop (order total, shipping fees, and taxes), but does not include any amounts charged by external entities (such as customs duties, import fees, etc.).
Items in good condition (consistent with the condition described in the product listing) are not eligible for return.
Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper maintenance are not eligible for return.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
– Returned Packages –
If a package is returned to the sender and we confirm that the item is in good condition, we are happy to reship it, charging only the shipping fee. If you prefer a refund and the return date is within 90 days of the original shipping date, we can refund the order amount (excluding shipping costs).
Any orders returned more than 90 days after the original shipping date will be refunded as store credit, minus shipping costs.
