SMS/MMS Mobile Marketing Program Terms and Conditions
Liu Bao Cha Network Operation Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a mobile messaging service (“Service”). By agreeing to use and participate in the Service, you agree to these mobile messaging service terms and conditions (“Agreement”). We may modify or cancel any features of the Service at any time without notice. This Agreement applies solely to the Service and is not intended to modify any other terms, conditions, or privacy policies that may exist between you and us. We may modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modification.
This program allows users to receive SMS/MMS messages by opting in (e.g., via online or in-app opt-in). You agree to receive any automated marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may receive a mobile message confirming your opt-out. You understand and agree that the above method is the only reasonable way to opt out. You also understand and agree that any other opt-out method, including but not limited to sending any message other than “STOP” or asking our staff to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable method of opting out.

Participating wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information related to your receipt of messages, including notifying us immediately if you plan to change your mobile number.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the program or any phone number you provide to us. If you intend to stop using the mobile number you used to subscribe to the program (including canceling your service plan or transferring the number to another person), you agree to complete the unsubscribe steps described above before discontinuing use of that number. You understand and agree that this is an essential part of these terms and conditions. You further agree that if you change your number without notifying us, you will be responsible for all costs (including legal fees) and liabilities arising from claims made by any person who subsequently receives that number. This obligation and agreement remain in effect even after you cancel or terminate your participation in any of our programs.
You agree that we are not liable for any failure, delay, or error in sending any message through this program, any errors in such messages, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on such information or service.
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use or participate in this program. If you are between thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years old, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
